- 1½ cups Flour
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ⅓ cup Oil
- 1 Egg
- ⅓ cup Milk
- 1 cup Blueberries
Crumb Topping
- ½ cup Sugar
- ⅓ cup Flour
- ¼ cup Butter
- 1½ tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Combine Flour, Sugar, Salt & Baking Powder
- Mix Oil, Egg & Milk then add to dry mixture
- Fold in blueberries and Fill cups
- Mix Crumb Topping with a fork and sprinkle over filled cups
- Bake 20-25min or until done
